At Carbolicious, every product is baked fresh to order with the highest quality ingredients. Because our items are perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at orders@mycarbolicious.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos if applicable, and our team will promptly review the issue. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement shipment or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account once processed.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or unattended packages left by the carrier. However, if there’s an issue beyond your control, we’ll do our best to assist.
