Carbolicious Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM EST, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship within the United States using the following methods:

Summer Shipping for Bread & Perishable Items

  • Our breads and other perishable baked goods do not contain preservatives and may spoil faster in warm weather.

  • During hot months (May–September), we strongly recommend selecting Overnight Shipping or 2-Day Shipping with ice packs to ensure freshness.

  • If you choose a slower shipping method during hot weather, Carbolicious is not responsible for spoilage caused by extended transit times or heat exposure.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

  • Carriers are responsible for delivery once your package leaves our facility.

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.

  • For lost, damaged, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim.
