All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are typically shipped the same day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

All products are shelf-stable during shipping and do not require refrigeration in transit. However, we recommend refrigerating or freezing your items upon arrival to maintain freshness.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout, as Carbolicious cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
